THURSDAY – Early arrivers
- 5:00 pm – Informal Happy Hour & Pot Luck Dinner (bring an appetizer or dish to share)
FRIDAY – Arrivals
- 8:00 am – Morning coffee & light breakfast. Spend the day enjoying the area.
- 5:00 pm -Happy Hour Mixer & Open Grill – bring a side dish to share and something you can cook on the grill
Campfire and stargazing
SATURDAY
- 8:00 am – Morning coffee & light breakfast
- 9:00 am – Ranger interpretive hike (easy 1½ mile trail)
- Spend the day enjoying the area
- 5:00 pm – Mixer & salad pot luck (bring a salad to share)

NOTES:
White Tank Mt. Regional Park is located on the West side of Phoenix in Waddell, AZ and offers hiking and biking trails, a visitor center, a riding stable, and is near many attractions.
Things to do nearby:
- Wildlife World Park – Wild animals, an aquarium and much more.
The park has a nice Visitor Center & just outside the park is a great Library and desert exhibit - Spring Training Cactus League – several games nearby.
Camping fees are $15.00/night in the dry camping group area or you can reserve an electric site nearby.
The Rally fee is $5.00 per Adult. Fees will be collected at the Rally (cash or check).
This is dry camping with water and a dump station in the park.
Generator hours are from 8 am-9 pm.There is limited power in the Ramada for cooking only.
Wood for campfires is welcome.
